Your privacy is of great importance to Puur Anders. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do with the web shop www.puuranders.nl with information that we learn about you.

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then give your personal details to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use your payment details, name and address, gender, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order is completed and seven years after that (that is the legal storage obligation).
If you contact me directly for example when you place a customized order you can also choose to give us additional personal information such as a photo. We use this personal information, such as a photograph, only for the correct processing of your order, to settle disputes or to offer customer service.
Providing to third parties
We work with certain companies that can receive your personal data from us above.
For the processing of orders we work together with:
- Our payment providers Sisow and Paypal
- Mijn Webwinkel
Paypal is located outside the EU of these parties.
Contact form and Newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.
For this we use your e-mail address, telephone number, name and data and gender. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in subsequent questions.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data is saved until you cancel the subscription.
Providing to third parties
We work with Mailchimp, who can receive your personal data from us as mentioned above.
Mailchimp is located outside the EU of these parties.
We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this:
- by email
- via social media
You can object to this advertisement at any time. Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.
Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the aforementioned partners, we will not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this if there is a suspicion of a crime).
Social media buttons are included in our web store. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.
Additonal information obtained in a customized request or order, under no circumstances, we give to other companies or institutions unless we are legally obliged (for example, if the police demands this if there is a suspicion of a crime). A photograph of the final custom-made product is never used for advertising or marketing on, for example, our website or social media without the express permission of the customer.
When you visit our webshop for the first time, we present a notification with an explanation about cookies. Hereby we will ask for your agreement for the use of these cookies.
You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things from our webshop will not work properly anymore. Webwinkelsysteem MijnWebwinkel where Puur Anders has entered into a processor agreement, anonymizes your IP address if you have not accepted the cookie notification on our web shop. From the moment you accept it, your IP address will be passed on to Google Analytics.
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have signed a processor agreement with Google. There are strict agreements about what they can keep up with. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not let Google anonymize the IP addresses.
Security of personal data is of great importance to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:
We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protects all information between you and our website when your personal data is inverted
Information that you enter when placing an order or sending a message are stored on the servers of our processor Mijnwebwinkel. Mijnwebwinkel provides a security level that matches the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, standard use is made of a secure SSL connection.
Changes to this privacy statement
When our web store changes, we must of course also adjust the privacy statement. Always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.
